I want to make a Siggi with my Chars posing in the positions i waned to do it, like, my Master Smith with a Hammer at the Back, my Bio trowing AD , and my Clown making songs and etc..., is that a program?

PhotoShop could do that, if you know what you're doing.
You could probably also buy a siggie like that in the Artist Section.

i have Adobe Photoshop, well, i will look around, but i dont find noonw who do the thing i want O_O, like, My Master Smith etc..my 4 Chars in one normal Siggy for Forums.

If there are no programs out there for that (I don't think the charsim can do that) then try to take in-game screenies of your chars performing the actions. You'd have to be in a spot with a basically uniform background to make masking out the background easier. But if you don't know your way around Photoshop then it's probably a lost cause, and you'd have to ask for someone in the artist section. I could probably do it but it'd take a while so I prolly won't. XD
