talk to Anne the Stylist. Try robbing her. She will send you to prison. Get out of prison then talk to her again. Tell her "You will pay for that!" She will then take 10k zeny from you (or none if you dont have any on the character). You will then need to travel north from where you spawn in until you get to a portal. That will be the map you are looking for. This is known as the Sting Map
