Cannot initiate D3d or GRF

Before you ask. yes I read the sticky and yes I did in fact download active X.10
But is still says Cannot initiate D3D or GRF. Any idea why?

what else did you try...
I got that error when i tried to dual client too fast(clicking anthem.exe rapidly)

Either your drivers/graphics card aren't updated and you can easily search that to find out how (Type d3d in the search or something).
