How long should I wait to receive my items when I donate in the items shop?

Only Isuzu and Talis can take care of these sort of tickets. Please be patient on this, you will still get the 20% and not lose it at all! Just a bit of a glitch in the system and we're trying to work things out right now.

What helps speed it up is giving us your transaction information in the ticket (transaction ID#) and approximate date and time you donated at.

Just an FYI, if you charged back your donation and still spent the ad credits, it screws with the system a bit and you will be subjected to a ban for the charge back.
