How long should I wait to receive my items when I donate in the items shop?

A minute or two, it -usually- is in your storage in a matter of seconds.

so there is a problem coz I donated for some items and I didnt receive any of them and I am waiting for more then a day

did you put in the right information? did you order some custom items like custom pcb? custom kaho?

yes I did check my storage and nothing, also I orderd a custom kaho solar god kaho.

Interesting. Well, make sure you completed everything and wait a while. If you still aren't given your things, send a support ticket.

If the custom kaho you want already exists, then you can just order it directly.
ONLY send a spend credit request if your item is not in the list.

All the items that I have orderd are existing items so they should all come to my storage directly, also I did a support ticket and I am waiting.

You still didn't clarify if you used the spend credit request or just clicked the link in the list and had to put in a code of letters and numbers in an image...

I did everything that I can do even the words that I have to write but nothing.

Check to see if you still have your Ads credit. If its already transacted, then check all your account storages. Also, be sure that your storage has at least 3 spaces open (i.e. 297/300).

Yes, its already transacted and  I donated in a new account but the storage is empty.

I didn't get my kaho... It's already been a DAY since I ordered it and the support ticket hasn't been replied since yesterday.
