Instant Cast?

Hello everyone I was wondering what gears and cards I should have to achieve instant cast (150 dex). I tried figuring it out but could only get 145 dex:

99 dex
bonus stat +6 dex
kaho horns +20 dex
rocker armor +1 dex
quad weapon +4 dex
moonlight boots +5 dex
sting gloves x2/celeb rings x2 +10 dex

= 145 dex

What am I missing here? 
I'm looking to get instant cast for my wiz and ninja so please help me out

Garment, Stem Worm = +5 Dex.

Other dex stuffs that might help;

-Dex food ranging from +1 - +10

-Priest Blessing(+10 Dex)

-Gargoyle shoes(same as moonlight though)

-Gospel(+20 to all stats)

-Guild skill(+5 Dex)

-Binoculars midgear adds +1 Dex

Would recommend priest blessing, just ask any priest nicely

Umm...most of thoes DEX boosts aren't permanent.

And Gargoyle is pointless if he has Moonie already (Moonie lest you walk faster)

Only Archer Class can wear Binoculars.

Another two: Sting Bris (+9 dex) and Valk armor (+1 all status). :3
