Your wasting time breaking the rules, and trying to help people with adoptions when theres already like 3 topics that do the exact same thing. Im not wasting time, I can actually read, and did read the rules. if you think following the rules is a waste of time, tell that to the GM 
I've read the rules before (and just now reread them
), but i guess i forgot about the reseructing old topics thing. (although Ive never seen this topic before.
) anyways, i apoligize for my ignorance and stupidty. i will take any punishment the GMs see fit.
