No name choices?

I am coming here from way back, when AnimaRO was still around. Been trying to make my characters, but when I enter any name I had back on AnimaRO, it tells me
the user name is in use, or has invalid characters". Is that normal that AnimaRO names do not work, or did people actually take ALL my character names? >_>;;

Most important and shocking name that is taken: SAVARAST

why? Because thats my personal alias...

AnthemRO kept all of your old characters from the AnimaRO days, so any accounts you had back then will be the same here.
If you want to recover your old accounts, try submitting a support ticket.

oh wow... thats alot more convenient than I had thought... would explain why EVERY character name was taken... Well then, thank you very much ^.^

However, I registered an account with the same name from AnimaRO, so wouldn't that imply that the account has been deleted?

You probably had some capital, spaces, and number differences. Hopefully you kept your account info in your E-mail and can see the differences.

Well, I deposited a Support ticket none the less. I checked the capitalization idea (since I never have special characters nor spaces in my names) and still cannot login to my old account. In the end, I don't overly care about the old accounts as much as I do care about my names.

A: Send in support ticket under the "Lost items/Scams" category and include as many details relevant to the account as possible, such as:

1. The most recent screenshot that you have of you playing a character on your account.
2. The name of your Internet Service Provider (Ex. AOL, Comcast, NetZero, etc).
3. Your IP (Find out yours at http://whatismyip.org/).
4. Your previous password for the account(s).
5. The last estimated date you were on the account(s).
6. The email account registered with the username(s) (If you still have access to it, we can send you your password to the email account).
