Hoping i still have a chance

I was just wondering if i still have a chance to recover all my lost items eventhough i dont have the exact list and number of items that just disappeared form my account.
I already submitted a support ticket but i still wanna ask,if so im happy io could get back in game.

That´s his problem thats why he´s asking if there aere any chances cuz if you read his post closely.He doesn´t know the exact number and name of items he lost
