It's not overpriced. Do you realize, on average, how many of a single garment (or other non-weapon gear) it takes to get one successful +10?

+9 garment I can understand if you are using a Ninetails card for a flee build, but +10 is a waste of zeny and/or resources.

I could only see justifying going for +10 gear if you literally have absolutely nothing else to achieve or buy in the game.
