Different Patch?

I downloaded the game about a week ago, and patched everything, including sakray.

It wasn't long until I noticed these pink trees on the side of prontera streets.

My friend said he didn't see them, then thought it must have been a specific patch.

But I don't recall having a RO folder before installing the game.

is there some way to get rid of the trees?

That would be sakura prontera, do you by any chance have another server installed as well?

I guess it might be a town patch from somewhere, but I don't know where I got it.

Well to get rid of the trees you could, get the regular prontera files, open up sdata.grf with grf factory or grf tool, replace the sakura prontera textures with the regular ones and repack it.....or someone else may know what exactly is happening to you and will be able to suggest an easier way.

I have Sakura Prontera installed from another server. Sorry it lags you. I rather like it.

Well, regarding your problem: Do you have a data folder inside your RO directory? If so, rename it temporarily to "bla data" or whatever, and tell us if the problem still exists. If not, you might want to delete the data folder, and reinstall all the patches (like Valkyrie Helm / Moonlight Hat / etc.) you like to have.
Edit: Oh wait. I just noticed, I also have the cherry blossom trees in Prontera. AND I'm using an up-to-date Sakray (patched it yesterday). Have fun extracting the files from sdata.grf IF they're still there. :S
Oh, and it lags be a bit, too. I'll try some things, if they help, I'll post here.

You really don't have to do so. If you keep updating your sakray i think around near June the trees should be gone since this is only for spring.

I don't mind that much, it isn't a big deal, but it just lags a big whenever i walk past the area.
