Dual Forum Account?

This could just be a huge missunderstanding on my part but,arnt Lu Bu and Raditzu the same person,then why has Lu Bu,whose champs ign is Raditzu[?]have two forum acconts
The Reso Recuritent topic was started by the person called Lu Bu
and the Reso Diss Topic was started by a person called Raditzu

It could be that he has two Anthem accounts registered under two different e-mails?

As long as those two accounts aren't registered on the same ip.

Long story short, (actually just a short story) when Anthem opened, someone decided it would be funny to register the name Lu Bu so that he could not grab it. So once it was grabbed, a ticket was sent in, we recovered it, let him use the original and banned his newer Raditzu account. I'm not sure of the details since I wasn't the one dealing with it, but that's the short story I was told.
