About sniper type

I kinda confused about my sniper.
I'm going to make my sniper have high crit. But i have other problems.
Which one is better?
If my sniper have high vit & HP or high flee rate beside luck?
And what gears do I need for both of that type?

What do you want to do with it?

Vit is for PvP and MvPing.

While flee can be used for general PvE.

uhh...well depends on ur gears if u dont got doppels and others gears[DDTT,Kaho etc] an agi dex and luk build should be best D:
