what priest need to be better ??

people in game telling me that priest need 150 dex to make magnus faster, i buy 2 berze clips and i have 99 + 14 dex and ? nothing..it slow !!  it with my stats and clips = 164,(...) dex.. what i mumst to doo ? plz hlp ^^'

Berze clips won't help you reach 150 dex you still only have 113 dex total right now. That will cause a semi fast casting. However the berzebubs will only decrease that by 60% thus the cast time left would be 30% left of what it is originally it doesn't add dex. You need either enough cast reduction gear to equal 100% or 150 dex. To achieve Instant cast.
