They normally wouldn't and usually when people give stuff out to others or random people they tend to only give out items and stuff not their whole account.

ahah nope ive got a lvl 70 and im on my way up now
im also married, ready to adopt, and going to be adopted soon on another character
im just saying it be cool to get a new character from a different person
the way other people do things to make a character... the skills, stats, gears, its just fun stuff
and its hard to make money right now for me

QUIT BEING THE OPERATIVE WORD HERE
i am not asking for people to just randomly give up their accounts
im just saying how nice it would be if a lvl 90ish just decided to give up their account to me one day
unrealistic, yes, but nice nonetheless

lol What most of us are saying is pretty much: Even if a person does quit RO permanently there's a less then 0.01% chance that the person quitting will give you the account. Now it's lower because you made this thread. Which is why I asked "Do you lack a brain?"
