Yeah thats what it is... some people DC from it others don't so some SG's will use 3 heats and make everyone around them DC that is not an offense but if they reconnect you follow them and do it again and again then it is.

johnsu is right. we use our tax dollars to listen in phone conversations, decode translations/etc. but we can bypass all this nonsense mind reading technology
