I'm very well aware of Profs role in WoE thankyouverymuch. The point as that stripping is a last resort, there are times when you have to do it. And no I'm not bitching about them, I'm pointing out that the combo requires quite a bit of precision and skill to use properly and efficently. IF you mess up the WoF it'll benefit your opponen more then you, if you can keep SW up you die, if you can't keep sight up he'll hide and you can't do anything.
As for stalkers, they have Chase walk. so you're pretty much able to walk through sights without being spotted easily. And what's the point of telling about close confine? I gotta set up the WoF right next to the enemy. If I'm not in it I'll get some hefty ranged damage and if I am in WoF that means that I'm at least 3 squares away from my enemy. And WoF doesn't block ranged attacks, it nerfs the damage and makes them miss occasionally, so there's a good chance that if your opponent spams ranged attacks you'll die anyways.
While Chase walk allows you get close to your enemy and he can't sight/ruwach you. Only thing is area damage. So Chase walk close, then close confine, then starp spamming strip. A lot easier then first webbing, then setting up a WoF correctly, another WeB so that your opponent can't get away, then SW in the WoF and move to that square and start spamming Strip while keeping all those three skills up.
