GM said for every item lost,we must pay item recovery.
but if i have been scammed and there is no item lost in the account,do i still need to pay item recovery fees?

A scam is like if someone tells you they cant upgrade your stuff past +10 and you give them your items and then they run off with it is an example of a scam. If someone finds out your password and takes your items thats like stolen.
