Well i have a few questions again
1. Are there any mvp cards you cant get from AD's?
2. Without donating is there much chance of finding MVP cards with the droprate? >.>
3. Whats the most expensive mvp card

You can get almost all mvp cards from the item shop, only ones I can think of that you cant get arent even on the server.

The drop rate for all cards is 0.03%, since mvp's dont spawn as often as normal monsters it would take a lot longer, assuming you can kill the mvp easily.

Most expensive (Maybe Amon Ra) I'm not to sure of but go to the vendors near prontera as they usually vend expensive stuff.

You might also want to hope for a card that's in-demand. But like shane said, the chance of one dropping isn't exactly high.

Just check the item shop for IP, if not you can just sell the ads you get for money abd buy from someone in-game.

Elder pixies are ingreadients to the Mjolnir SQI quest.
Hunter lvl 80, I say Prisons or Churchyard and Stings. I would just party with people and go anywhere.
