Emblem Of the Sun God

I've been looking around for the Emblem of the Sun God. I cheaked on ratemyserver.net for where i can find the item. It says Treasure_Box 28 has a 0.8 chance to get. its found in  Payg_cas04.
My question is, do you have to win Payon Castle in woe in order for you to be able to get Emblem of the Sun God?

well it is true that guild leaders get something for winning tho ive never bin the of a guild so idk it may not even be on server
