Can't vote on second site

At http://www.anthemro.com/free/vote.php it does not load the pitcure for the second vote so i cant click anything... i am at my sisters house btw and cant vote on it right now is there any way i can?

You should vote only on the main computer you access, For example if you normally vote at home don't try to cheat the system by voting at another house.

I'm visiting my sister for about a week or more, and i didnt vote for the first 24 hours i was here so this is now my main computer i guess?

You vote mainly on your home computer, trying to vote at your sisters house counts as trying to change your IP to bypass the cooldown.

Please get the situation right duh... This has nothing to do with new or old computer. Its the internet connection and IP address. Hence, even you can smashed your current computer to bits and bought a new one into the same house, it is "legal"...
