Lvl guide for sins please help

Ok so here it is with double xp comin up soon i would like a full fledged guide on wehre to lvl so i can finaly get to 99... non trans.... >.> dont even say it.
I have no equips so anyone posting for dopple owning get out... you heard me... get out.
or anything else that is a Godly equip cause quite frankely if i had them i wouldnt need you guys... sorry its just how i feel.

so im lvl 88 without any equips... ...(i hear you laughing at me please shh!)

now i would like to get to 99 soon during this upcomming event so where would i lvl im looking for something like...

88-90 this place
or even 88-89 this place
90-91 this place
Any ranges will do but please help. im not planning on transing till i have some nice weapons as if i cant get them at a high lvl
it would be pointless to trans without them. but i would like some advice so please help.

so far im considering...

88-90 Prison maybe (dont get much xp)
90-95 some place i havent been too but have yet so far died in my attempts, maybe turtle dungeon
95-99 HELP! lol

so any effort is greatly appreciated : ) i wouldnt mind if it was all specific to this server.
if anyone would like to help me with borrowing equips i promise i am the most honest man you will ever find and i will give them back without any problems.

erm....during the last 2x exp i trained my sin in HO from lvl 89 [ i think i was at 98 when the event stopped and i had no godly gears] orrr u can try seals and kill mobsters they give decent exp and u get a sapphire with each kill[100% chance] there even a small chance for u to get ring[1] which costs 6m

Yeah, I'd say High Orcs and Seals would be a good choice. You can easily flee them even without much gears. Turtle Dungeon is a good option too. While I was on 90's I'd switch around between those 3 places. On higher lvls, maybe you can try Loli Ruris.

Flu Mask Blinker(1) (there it is the nice but usless equip lol yes theres no card in it... any donations lol)
+4 Thief Clothes of Stix (loli ruri card certain % chance to heal when hit)
+4 Manteau Of Rogue (Bapho Jr. Card agi+3 Critical +1%)
Undead Killer's Shoes (zombie prisoner card 10% xp from undead, +20% damage from undead)

Weapons
+4 Boned Gladius (boned= skel worker +15% damage on medium)
+4 assassin Dagger (+15% sp +20%hp +2% aspd)
+4 extending ice demascus(2) (injustice card X% chance to perform sonic blow with any wep)
+10 Fishermans dagger (water element)
+8 Jujube Dagger (wind)
2x +10 Kindle Dagger (fire)
+9 Obsidian Dagger(earth element)
a few(most) of the element dagers i have two of but not certain of the + lvl.

Accessories
Clairvoyant Clip (horong card)
Teleport Belt (creamy card)

My stats are (as of right now)
Str: 71+6
Agi: 99+19
Vit: 3+2 (dont ask why lol i dont know)
Int: 1+4
Dex: 23+8
Luk: 1
(and yes im a fool i didnt change at job lvl 50 ... i changed at 43)

Seriously buddy stop leveling and get some gears. You don't even have the basic accessories needed to level by a sin but you have some nice pvp gear though (sight clip). With that kind of flee (200) u will get owned at seals as you will see. If you want to power level get your self around 240 flee and some nice elemental daggers.

Anyways with those gears it is hard to tell where to level. I suggest to go make an endow sage (b Lvl 60ish - j level 30) so that you can endow your weapon if you don't have elemental daggers (no not those jujube, obsidian and crap) like VVS wind damascus simply because endow reduces your leveling time by half (not always). Leveling at high orcs and mi gaos (1 map south of louyang) with water and fire endow respectively and i strong dagger will give you nice exp . If High orc map is crowded (as it will be on 2x exp), i suggest mi gaos.

my flee is 246+1 actually and yes i know my equipment has something to be desired >.>(haha)
anyway im really trying here and ive relized that the +10 cannot replace a +4 vvs fire demascus although i wish it would lol
anyway i have a lvl 70 sage actually and priest and alch and wiz actually lol its not that hard to get to that lvl but
after that i seem to have a problem getting everything i need.
Right now my plan is...
get to more sk worker cards
get vvs demascus (fire)
and now get a wind one too
sell the crap i have lol for a rip off price : )
and work on all the places my build needs fixing

Ok so u got 250 flee. Then err may be u won't get owned at seals and you can even try out lhz 2 but if you have a party with a priest or a well equipped knight or any other support characters, i would suggest lhz 2 as you even seem to have a boned weapon. But yeah you must be careful not to mob too much (maybe 1 at a time or max 2) else you will die. The exp there with a party is rocking.

Same way you could party up and go to louyang dungeon where you find those tigers, grizzlys, horongs and sidewinders.
