why the anthem runs so slow >_<??

ive bought a new computer, its really faster now but its the same internet that i used on my old one and it was fast and it didnt lag and now my comp goes fast and the anthemro lags so much so but so but so much!!! i cant even walk >_> or talk because the lag... my new computer has windows vista is that the problem??

As much as you want to throw all the blame on vista, I run vista on my computer, and Anthem rarely lags.

You might wanna defragment your computer, or just re-install it, methinks.

It's just normal lag, can't be fixed.

Are you not able to walk as soon as you log on and shortly after disconnect but internet works fine?  Is that a wireless antenna your using?

Turn off Aero. It might help (did for me, when I still had 512 MB RAM . Now, with 2.5 GB RAM, Aero + aRO works fine.).

Well, there is a problem for some WLAN adapters: Whenever connected to the internet, the sound and screen lags every 20-30sec. But only with WLAN, when I'm connected via cable, everything works fine.

(Today I "fixed" this problem somehow... though, I need 2 PCs for that now @_@)


Make sure nobody else is using the internet. Oh, and do not download/upload things while playing.
