pls need help with aa forgotten pasword

 and i dont know who to retrieve it
 can anyone tell em something about it or should i send a suport ticket

Send a Support ticket in With your username, And Screenshots with proof of you being on the account.
There might be something else you need, that I'm forgetting, But you should be okay with that.

o m,y gosh i dotn ahve any SS
well it was an accoutn given by a friend
so i dotn ahve any SS
i also msned him and he  is playin WoW he ritered RO a long time ago and he cant rememebr the pasword either
well i think i have to pm me him again if he has any SS
i hope he hasnt erased them all
 ... i also sent a suport tiket  but i didnt know about sending SS and i didnt say that was a given account as a present from my friend
i think i will have to update the tikcet
btw what if my friend doesnt have any SS now
what can i do T-T

If you don't have screenshots put down things like when you last played, email you used to registered with it, what you think the password was etc... (Check my FAQ Guide for more)

well i already put the  mail what my firend used to register it and i left him some  msg asking him for some SS
and i also went some picture about our msn conversation when he told me 2 posibles password
(but any of them didnt work)
 well im now watting for GM response

it wasnt that, when someones buy an account they get the chance to change the password and email or else its a bannable scam

but anyone could knew others registered passwords by using the account name then might try to hack them (i think that happened)

omg i now remember
he retired when animaro pasword was took it
and the staff sent pasword to each player so maybe he  doesnt know yet that teh staff sent hima long time aga a new pasword and he is thinking is the same he used before
 maybe that is an explanation why the password he gave me didnt work
