So basically anything can become abit more spammable.

But say you had a pally w/ a kiel valk and kiel ewe.
You could spam SC w/ almost no delay.
Or think of pressure...
...you'd have to wait 60% less time then normal to cast again.
You could also think of sinx, spamming SB.
The list goes on.
sounds like a berzebub card for headgear... doesnt sound too broken, means either no kahos... or no midheadgear but i guess not all classes really use midheadgear so idk.. maybe? o.O
