Where can I find it? I know Robot Factory 2 but I only come to Robot Factory 1  ???

How I come to lvl 2?

You need to collect 20 or 30 solid iron pieces from aliot. Thats 20/30 per person if you go with a party.
Then you go to this door and it'll ask if youwant to proceed

Hard Pieces of Steel which you can farm in lvl 1 of machine doll factory, and like flo0m said, you need 30 per visit to lvl 2 =)
