You get what is called ad credit when you donate with credit card etc..., which you can either use to purchase stuff from the item shop on the website or you can trade to other players for items (or you can sell the ad credit for zeny in-game [In-game ad credit is called anthem pennies])

After making an order, I wouldn't log in immediately. Better wait 2-3minutes, else the item could disappear.

Ads -> Zeny: No, there's no way to convert Ads into zeny. You have to sell these so-called "anthem pennies" to other players for zeny; "anthem pennies" are items like an apple or a weapon. BUT I don't recommend to sell Ads to other players if you still don't know how everything works. You might be able to make more profit out of this business by selling ads to other players, but you can get scammed easily as a "newbie", so better buy a nice item from the item shop.

By the way, I hope you donate because you want to support the server - and not to get more items and "leet" stuff... I don't think you should donate if you're still new (I don't know if you're new or not, but I assume you're not very "experienced" yet because of this Ad credit question). Play for - let's say - 4-5 weeks, 1 or 2 months, then reconsider: Do you have fun playing this server? Is it really worth to donate real money for some items?

Just a small thought.

ok thank well im really a newbie in this server and almost all the price of the items here was so different..and i don't know almost everything well this is my 2nd time of playing ragnarok..xD..thanks for the advice.

by the way can i just remove those OPV then change it to cards..,like for example i will donate $37 and that is 1 greater mvp and 1 item of choice,would it be possible to change those 20 OPB into a 2 cards and 2 items that is not on the list?just wondering..cause i will not use those OPB thou..

The OPB etc.. are extras, say you buy a card and it gives you 10 OPB, the OPB are "extras" and you cant ask for another card in exchange for them. BY the way please don't bump/double post in the future.

Since most people misunderstand donating as "getting items", and not as "supporting the server"

I'd say, you should donate a small sum, if you want to - you can still go to GH and pick up the loots.
