After that, it's up to you what type of build you want to go. Asura build is mostly for mvping and I wouldn't recommend it for leveling. Might want to get spirit balls first though as they increases your damage and you'll also need sb for many monk skills.
Since you're just starting out with monk, I suggest going luk build, get a grand cross and turn undead at ghp or ancient mummy later on (once you get stronger). The basic stat build for monk is str, int, and dex. However, you might want to put some into agi and vit if you're gonna melee combo + TU.
