Is it illegal to have homunculus without mirAI installed??
Some alchemist I have met doesn't use mirAI and their homun just keep ksing.

I don't think its illegal to not have MirAI, but they might be using MirAI, and have no KS disabled.

not illegal if you control your homun manually. If it ks's you, report the alch/bio.
