About the client,

how can you make it so that you can scroll ur mouse off the ragnarok playscreen using a 640 x 480 ro screen size while my monitor size is like 1280 x 720? thanks

There's already something which allows this. It is called "Mouse Freedom," you can find it here: http://www.maxmzone.com/content/view/21/54/

Download, install to your RO folder.
