Why Puerto Rico dont apears on the Paypal list?

but if i am part of US, i cant make it cuz i dont live on USA and i dont know Zipcode from there. Maybe someone can make me a PayPal acount using my Email?

Honestly, i dont really know because i moved from Puerto Rico to the U.S before i started playing & donating

&& maybe that would work.. but dont you need to put in your credit card information inorder to complete the account registration? /hmm

hmm, i dont know, i gues not, i just want a PayPal to make the adds for Anthemro, the sithe that a guy give me here PTC make money easy, something like nthat, just wondering, cAN YOU make me a acount on paypal?, i just want it to make the adds things, one thing, can you give me your city and Zip Code to put it on the acount?, i need that thing, i dont live there and i dont understant this shit  ;D
