I got bored seeing the same skin everyday so I thought that having a new skin would be a great idea. I know that official ro site provides some skin but I don't like it that much.
Is there any site that provides ro skin to download???

If you look hard enough in a Thai forum site, they have several skin versions of Arctic Blitz.

It's very nice. Check out the original version of it in ROempire.com - however, I am not sure whether it is downloadable there anymore. Screenshots are still there.

Arctic Blitz have Red, Orange, Purple, Sky Blue, and even a Silver version. Look for it, it is a very simple, elegant, and pretty skin.
