hi i have sent a ticket and its being fowarded to high gms it has been 2 weeks since anything have happened. so is anything wrong with the ticket or you guys just buzy? can you please check it asap or even today it would be really helpful. ticket -> ID 3894

If it's been forwarded to a High GM the situation is more serious and therfore it needs more attention and time.
