Does Lighthalzen Dungeon exist on this server?  If so, how do I get there?  I tried exploring around Lighthalzen and all I saw was Lighthalzen Field.

Indeed it does.

Warp to Lighthalzen city then walk to the south east corner of the current map you are on.

You should see a dome'd building with a portal at the front.

There is the dungeon you desire ;3
