well it says it gives chance of OVB dropping but do i have to have a myst case card too...or what and do i have to have it on a merchant?..I would very much like to know this stuff

Aah, the card combo for Merchants.

Yes, your character has to be a merchant, Blacksmith, or alchemist, I believe. And you have to have all the cards mentioned in the set for it to work.
