connection problem

hey, I've got a problem and I wondered if you could help me...

I can connect to the login server without any problems, but as soon as I made my character it tells me ,,please wait'' for 2-3 minutes...after that a window pops up and tells me that I lost the connection...what can I do to make it work? do I have to forward any ports?

You don't have to foward any ports, try connecting to anthemro with your anti-virus off or setting it so it allows anthemro to run and see if you can create a character then. Also update your sakray and patcher just in case.
