Can i report a guy

A sader keep KS me in prison and i told him to stop and he said "nah" then again and again he keep KS my mob and he said Its a KS zone.

GH Prison is a legal KS zone. Even so if you were able to (which you aren't) you'd need screen shots.

Edit: Well if you can prove he kept following you just to KS you then thats against the rules even in a KS legal zone, but again you'd need several screenshots of prove.

on one hand if you both stay in the same general area like the area west of the spawn point then you cant really say he's following you... but if you move all over the map and he follows you then you can say he is..

Also if you are traveling clockwise and he is traveling counter clockwise and he KSes you when you meet you cant claim he is following...

It will depend on how good the screen shots are (Does it really prove he is following and ks'ing you?).
