does a non-existing kaho customization take longer than 48 hours?

It's been 3 days now thats why i'm a bit worried cause the spend credit page says
- Items will be delivered within 24-48 hours.
- Please do not ask the GMs to do your order faster, unless it has already been 48 hours.
I've done a few spend credit tickets before, but never a non-existing kaho customization
and they were all done in the first 24 hours.
Do non-existing kaho customizations take longer?

Non Existant kaho's will take a rather long time

Non existing take up until next server reboot to code and be implemented. Unless you want a hat that doesn't even exist on this server. Then it takes until we can create / code / test the hat accordingly I suggest against the latter, and to only put in your request when the hats are available.

ya i suggest not waiting for it because i did that once and 3months later i still did not get it. So i just got an already custum kaho instead
