Regarding item recovery and spend credit
« on: March 09, 2008, 09:47:45 pm »
ok so i lost some items and summited a support ticket
the gms replied me faster than i expected ^^ and gave me this message:

To recover this item, please make a Spend Credit request with the description "Isuzu: Item Recovery, Ticket #2076."  If you do not plan to recover the item, simply close the ticket.

ok so i did as GM isuzu said and submit a spend credit request

my question is:
1. are we suppose to contact the gm if the spend request has been more than 48 hours?
2. what if i've closed the ticket then send in the spend credit request? will my item recovery request still be valid? (since they say"If you do not plan to recover the item, simply close the ticket.")

1. You will not have to contact the GM once you put in the spend credit.
2. Sometimes the GM has to review the ticket once again to recover your items to find out exactly where they are at and confiscate them all before giving them to you. This may take a little time, give or take, but normally it doesn't take longer than 5 days at most, and that's talking about the extremest of extreme recovery cases.
3. If you've closed the ticket and sent in the request it will not matter. Remember to note the ticket in your request so that the GM may look it up for reference. If they see the request, they will look up the ticket, that's why the ticket # is needed.
4. The worst that may happen is that there's delays such as the GM in question working on other projects. Knowing Isuzu, this is the case, she's constantly working on projects for the server ;)

Hope that helps! ^^
No longer high GMing. Please do not message me about your recovery. Don't give away the keys to your car and you won't have it stolen and have to go to the police to try and get it back.
