Issues with the Download

I am having problems downloading the server...i had it on my old computer....but when my computer crashed i lost the game....now when i try to download it says i need a password?! even with the download manager it does this...n it crashes with the download manager....what do i do?! Password?!

Side comment:

It really baffles me why people are having this problem. I just reformatted my laptop X3 and I just redownloaded using the download server to test and see how it would go since players keep saying they are having problems with it. However, I was able to get anywhere from 400-600KB/s and it completed without a problem. I thought it would hang 97% of the way during installation, but I haven't had any of those problems either. :-\

No password, login is anonymous though.

Well, I have that problem when Im trying to install to my older computer. It stopped at 97% and frozen!!!
Luckily it didn't happen on my new pc :D
