On this server, Magni's Cap has its sprite.
I don't think the monsters in Abyss Lake drop the cap, so you probably have to get it via the item shop.

Hmm, I wasn't sure about the drops of Abyss Lake, but I can be wrong, like always.
At least I never got anything valuable from the dragons' drops.
