Well I tried to enter to biolab, but I can't enter because some npc are missing, Is there another way to enter?

I'm not sure, but I guess he was referring to the whole dungeon... I recall a quest (with NPCs) you'd need to make on the official servers or wherever. @.@

I just assumed that it was the level requirement to get to LH3

Yeah, on the official Servers you need to do the ID Quest, Rek Quest, and the Impovrished Quests, in order to gain access to the
Labs Second floor (And the first). I forget which one you need to get to the third.

Before that, you needed to do the Murder Quest, and the presidents Quest Too I believe. I can't remember perfectly; since its been
About a year since I last played an official server.

However on Anthem, alot of Quest NPC's are missing. With the Biolabs, you can just walk right in.
With Kiel, you just need to farm 40 Steel pieces to use the Elevator (Instead of going through the 60 Step+ Quest)

geffenia is another dungeon that doesn't need to do a whole bunch of quest to get in
although i do like the glowing geffen fountain effect

there are some quests though in aro that u have to complete b4 doing like the friut juice quest

maybe they should add back some easy-to-do quest npc? :<

would be nice in skellington.... maybe get less people in there

It's 30 pieces for Kiel

And sometimes I wish there were quests like this here =/ It'd extend more to the gameplay

Oh no I though you were trying t get to the third lvl of Lighhalzen Dungeon
there is a lvl requirement of 95 non trans and 90 trans to enter
