I seem to remember that once you name a pet monster, you can't change its name later. Am I remembering this correctly? If a pet can be renamed, is there a limit to how many times it can be renamed? Can it be renamed in-game, or is the process similar to renaming a character?
I think this is why I never named my Bon Gun. /sigh
