Will my account be deactivated or blocked if I don't play it for a long time???(Like 3-4months)

No. It'll only be deactivated if you didn't verify the account (after a week or 2?) when you make it.

It gets frozen after a year or so. It's quite easy to get it unfrozen if you do happen to go for a very long time.

There are plenty of threads i've replied to back on anima (on anthem only reason people ask to get accounts unfrozen is because they had accounts on anima) with something like "Hey I havent played in like a year but it won't let me access my account"

No, nothing will happen to the account, even if you stop playing for a year or two or three, but if you, for some reason, won't be able to access the account, you should send in a support ticket.

The people saying they can't access their account anymore probably just forgot their password, or it was after the server split.
Or they were banned before and were asking if they were able to play again... on this new server.

The thing is about support ticket that I heard it requires you to have an IP Address which you registered from it.
The problem is that I move a lot and changing ISP time to times. Would I still get my account back???

(The following comment assumes you've read my FAQ guide). As long as you could provide most of the other information on your ticket to get your account back you should be ok.
