ok i have a skin i download it and have file for but it not show up

Well; If you could be a bit more specific, it would help.

For example: You Downloaded the Skin files, But did you make a "skin" folder in your RO folder, and extract them there?

ok i have skins folder and put the skin in there and when i try to change the skin nothings there

It has to be called "skin"

And inside there has to be a folder for each one of your skins that contains a bunch of images + a basic interface folder.

Yeah. Its not case sensitive; But it does need to be Grammarically correct.
