Credit purchase deliveries?

Hi, I was wondering if there was a problem with the delivery of items purchased through donation credits? It says instant but its been around 30 mins since i put the requests through and still nothing. I was logged off at the time from RO so I dont think that was the cause.

Any help would be appreciated XD

Send in a support ticket under the category "Donation" and put in the subject link "Undelivered Item Shop Purchases" and put in the ticket:

Date you purchased the item
Transaction ID#

This tends to happen if you try to log in too quickly, so next time just wait a minute or two and then log in.

If still not received better make one support ticket and did you used pay pal account.
