Mir AI is for Alchemist/Biochemist's homunculi.  It helps make them auto-attack and not attack other players' targets (or attack a particular player's target - best used in a party or with a tank other than yourself :x).
You can customize a lot from it, and make your Alchemist/Biochemist use support skills if you set them and he/she's equipped with the right things.
