I'd say wind marc is better... going against a wiz, when you don't get frozen from SG, they're probably going to JT you next. Ouch 
Uhmm... You still get frozen even though ur wearing wind armor >.>; But yeah Wind armor is the smarter choice since u reduce dmg from wind and water compared to water armor which only reduces water and fire(which gets used rarely).
you dont get frozen when you wear marc wind, it really good for sin (specially people who like breaking emp)
if you use marc water you reduce more SG damage but if the wizard JT you'll die really fast
