On the other hand, something like a "Bank Coin" That costs 1z to buy and sells for 1z would work. As long as OC/DC is disabled.

Nothing, just to transfer zeny between characters on the same account. Which would be done through the Bank coins, which are items and not dupeable.

There would need to be multiple coins ranging from like 1 zeny to 10 mil zeny in price. OC and DC would have to be disabled for all of these items. However these coins would only be stored in kafra, which means that only the 3 charas on the account can get them.

uhmm i might be missing the point. but ok u give ur zeny to the kafra. and kafra then gives u "bank coins"..if that charac is holding the bank coin. how can u get it to another charac. without transferring the coin to the chara who needs the money?

No, you buy the Coins at the same value as your zeny, then put them in storage and take them out and sell them for the same amount on the second character.
