I registered with teamspeak and everything, but I can't talk when I have the RO interface open. I have to switch to TS to talk. I can't use the set button... >.< I have it on "ctrl", but when I press ctrl in the RO game client, I can't talk...

I use Vista, and my mic works perfectly fine.

Maybe it's your sound card or something.

If you're using Vista and it's not working, you probably didn't set it up as admin.

I had the same problem, but I've got a headset that allows me to turn off my mic at will, so I just set it up as voice activation and turn my mic on when I want to talk.
